Less than 24 hours after a tragic truck explosion at Karu Bridge in Abuja on Wednesday, another truck has overturned near the same location, further worsening the traffic situation in the area.

A viral video shared by an eyewitness shows the truck lying across the road, blocking the movement of vehicles heading towards Nyanya. The incident has caused significant delays for commuters using the busy route.

Officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and other law enforcement agencies were reportedly on the scene, working to clear the vehicle and restore the free flow of traffic.

This latest accident came on the heels of a devastating explosion on the Karu-Nyanya Road on Wednesday evening. The explosion led to a massive inferno, engulfing multiple vehicles, with about 10 persons reported dead and others severely injured.
