Popular Nollywood actress, Chioma Chukwuka, has been awarded the Best Lead Actress at the 11th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for her stellar performance as Queen Amaka in the 2024 historical drama series ‘Seven Doors’.
Chukwuka received the award at the 2025 ceremony, held on Saturday night at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria.
Produced and directed by Femi Adebayo, ‘Seven Doors’ premiered on Netflix on December 13, 2024.
The series explored themes of kingship, tradition, and family dynamics in 18th and 19th-century Nigeria.
