The Ogun State House of Assembly has pledged to collaborate with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) to enhance civic engagement and promote government programmes for practical grassroots orientation and enlightenment.

The Speaker, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide was relieved on Tuesday during a courtesy visit by delegations from NOA in Oke-Mosan in Abeokuta.

Elemide admonished the agency to intensify its orientation and sensitisation efforts across the state.
He promised the Assembly’s support in achieving their objectives, while emphasising the importance of the agency in driving impactful governance at all levels of governance.

Earlier in her remarks, the Director of NOA in the State, Mrs Oyebisi Andu, expressed gratitude for the Assembly’s continuous support.

She highlighted the agency’s commitment to publicising government policies and fostering civic values to boost development within the State.

Andu called for further collaboration with the House of Assembly to expand the agency’s reach and effectiveness.
