Transfer: Galatasaray Issue Ultimatum To Osimhen

Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray have reportedly put forward an ultimatum to Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen regarding his future at the club.

According to reports from TMW, the Istanbul-based side are prepared to activate the €75 million release clause in Osimhen’s contract, should the forward continue to remain unresponsive.

Despite the club’s willingness to secure Osimhen’s services, the lack of communication from the 26-year-old is beginning to test the patience of the Turkish giants. Galatasaray’s management has made it clear that they need a prompt decision, as time is of the essence in the highly competitive transfer market.

Osimhen rose to prominence during his loan spell at RAMS Park last season, where he was a pivotal figure in the squad. Galatasaray’s vice-president, Abdullah Kavukcu, expressed his dissatisfaction with the current situation. “He’s making us wait but time is running out.
