The suspects were apprehended last Friday during coordinated operations in the Sabon Kaura and Gwalameji areas of Bauchi metropolis.

The EFCC, in a statement posted on its verified Facebook page yesterday said, the suspects’ arrest followed credible intelligence linking them to various forms of online fraud.

Items recovered during the raid include nine Samsung mobile phones, 15 iPhones, one Infinix phone, three Redmi phones, two iPads, eight laptops, one Peugeot 406 car, four Neonx Auto bikes, a Maxi E50KWH generator, two PlayStation 4 consoles, one PlayStation 5, and a pistol.

EFCC noted that the suspects will be charged in court upon the conclusion of investigations.
