Chairman, Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA Resource Centre), Mr Olanrewaju Suraju, at a press briefing for the public presentation of the survey, in Lagos, said the survey focuses on assessing public perceptions about the leadership of the Lagos state government, specifically with respect to its delivery on budget, promises and general expectations of the citizens, adding that the report is the result of an independent survey of people’s perception of the Lagos state government’s performances.
