While unveiling the ADC by the national chief whip, Mr. Festus Igbinoba, in Effurun, Uvwie LGA of Delta State, he said the APC had disappointed the nation and there was an urgent need to rescue Nigeria from the shackles of its current economic challenges.

Receiving new members from different political parties, he commended the party’s turnout, saying that ADC has come to stay in state.

According to him, “We are here today to officially unveil Delta State chapter of the ADC ahead of the 2027 general elections so as to rescue Nigeria from the shackles of economic challenges we are facing now.

“With ADC, Nigeria will be repositioned for a better future, because APC and PDP have failed Nigerians woefully.”

Speaking further, the ADC national chief whip, however called on the members of the party including the newly received members to go home and propagate the gospel of ADC from their various units, wards, and LGA for the growth of the party.

Addressing newsmen immediately after the party’s unveiling meeting, which was described as a welcome development, the co-ordinator of ADC in Delta Central, Hon. Julius Efeni Akpovoka, said, “We thank God for today’s meeting of the unveiling of ADC.

“I commend every member of different political parties who has come to identify with ADC. You are now an automatic member of ADC. You have to abide by the rules and regulations and respect the leadership of the party.”

Akpovoka, also hinted that, “ADC is the only opposition party in Delta and by the special grace of God, ADC will take over Delta state and the National level, because APC and PDP have disappointed us.”

“We will continue to remain committed to ensure that the dream of repositioning Nigeria for better future will be guaranteed,” Akpovoka stated.

The high point of the ceremony was the successful reception of members from different political parties to ADC.
