Bayelsa Queens will face Ghana’s Police Ladies, Togo’s ASKO, and Sam Nelly of Benin Republic in Group B of the WAFU B Women’s Champions League. The draw for the annual competition was conducted in Côte d’Ivoire yesterday.

Bayelsa Queens will be making their second appearance in the competition, having won the title on their maiden appearance in 2022. Hosts Asec Mimosas of Côte d’Ivoire, Niger Republic’s AS Garde, and USFA of Burkina Faso are drawn in Group A. The winner of the competition will represent the zone in the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League. Nigeria’s Edo Queens won the title in the last edition of the competition, which was also hosted by Côte d’Ivoire.
