Nigeria’s First Lady, Remi Tinubu, has congratulated celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, for setting yet another Guinness World Record (GWR) for the largest serving of Nigerian style Jollof rice cooking.
In a congratulatory message she personally penned, the First Lady describe£ Hilda Baci’s passion, resilience, and creativity in showcasing one of Nigeria’s most loved dishes on the global stage, as inspiring.
She noted that Hilda’s art of culinary techniques has not only brought pride to our dear nation, but has gained national and global recognition, adding that through the feat, she has shown what young Nigerian women can accomplish with hard work, determination, and power of innovation.
The First Lady prayed for greater accomplishments for her and other Nigerian youth who dare to dream.
