Hollandia, Nigeria’s leading dairy brand, in partnership with Pascucci, has organised the Hollandia Barista Masterclass in Lagos to showcase the versatility of Hollandia UHT Milk in café-style beverages.
The recent event held at Cilantro Lagos brought together baristas, mixologists, and other stakeholders in the food and beverage industry. It featured practical demonstrations on creating espressos, lattes, and innovative milk-based drinks.
A key highlight of the masterclass was a latte art competition, where Stephanie Ofurum Chiamaka emerged the winner, while Babalola Olalekan Olawale was named second runner-up. All participants received certificates of recognition.
Speaking during a panel session, Bola Arotiowa, Chief Commercial Officer of CHI Limited, said the initiative reflected Hollandia’s role in supporting the country’s hospitality industry.
“The hospitality culture in Nigeria is just beginning, it’s a movement. At CHI Limited, our role is to make sure that growth is sustainable, accessible, and built on quality,” Arotiowa stated.
Ojuolape Motunrayo (Raheem), Channel Marketing Manager for On-Premise, said the partnership with Pascucci Coffee was designed to elevate consumer experiences. According to her, “This Masterclass is proof of what happens when great milk meets great coffee to create experiences that raise the bar.”
Hollandia also announced plans to collaborate with Bottega Pascucci on continuous upskilling programs for baristas, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and professional development in the hospitality sector.
The Barista Masterclass follows Hollandia’s earlier latte art showcase at the Lifestyle Brunch in May and underscores the brand’s ambition to play a central role in Nigeria’s growing café culture.
