Marketing director at FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc, Maureen Ifada,  has been named as a judge for the International Content Marketers Award 2025. This comes on the back of her recent recognition as Marketing Director of the Year at the 2025 Brand Handlers Awards and her earlier role as a judge at the Native Advertising Award 2025.

Maureen began her career at FrieslandCampina WAMCO in 2003 as a management trainee in the Consumer Marketing Department. Through hard work and consistency, she grew within the company and joined the Management Team in February 2024.

Over the years, she has led several successful projects that strengthened some of Nigeria’s biggest dairy brands. She played a key role in repositioning Three Crowns Milk with the “Healthy Mums, Happy Families” campaign, which highlighted care for mothers as caregivers. She also drove the strategies that helped Peak maintain its spot as the number one dairy brand in Nigeria for more than 70 years.

Speaking on her new appointment, Maureen said: “It is an honour to be part of this global platform that celebrates creativity and excellence.

“I see it as an opportunity to not only represent Nigeria but also to inspire the next generation of marketers.”
