The Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri-led administration, through the Adamawa State Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA), has finalized comprehensive arrangements for the disbursement of ₦5 billion to 100,000 beneficiaries across the state in December 2025.
This initiative forms part of the government’s broader efforts to tackle poverty, promote entrepreneurship, and empower citizens, particularly women and youths, with financial support to start or expand small-scale businesses. The program is expected to stimulate local economies, create jobs, and further consolidate the administration’s commitment to inclusive growth and sustainable development in Adamawa State.
