The new executive committee of Secondary Technical School, Afara (STSA Set 2000), has urged its members to intensify efforts at developing the school.
The president of the STSA Set 2000, Nnamdi Uwalaka, made the appeal yesterday, in a statement received by LEADERSHIP Friday in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.
The statement, which was “extended to members within the country and the diaspora” stressed unity, inclusion leadership and collective progress.
It also acknowledged the STSA Set 2000 challenges of the past years while projecting hope for brighter days, improved well-being and shared prosperity.
Furthermore, it stated that plans are underway to establish committees that will support the administration and drive the programmes throughout the year.
Reflecting on their recent achievements, the president expressed appreciation to the members for their successful 25th anniversary and 2025 homecoming celebrations.
The leadership pledged to pursue initiatives that would bring honour to the STSA Set 2000 set and strengthen bonds among the members as the new year unfolds.
