Fada, who addressed journalists on critical national issues on the sideline of the conferment of Order 101 Peace Award by a group, Peace Order of Niger Benue Area (PONBA) in Abuja, said the deployment of technology and scaling up of data usage in the NCS operations “is very apt and commendable.”

He said, “Ali has not only improved the revenue profile of the NCS but set a precedent for other revenue generating agencies to emulate,” adding that Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, national honour recently conferred on the comptroller-general underlined the level of respect President Muhammadu Buhari has for Ali.

He said he was particularly impressed with the realisation of N2.14 trillion within 10 months in 2022.

It would be recalled that  Ali recently disclosed the agency’s revenue performance ata  ministerial briefing organised by the Presidential Communication Team at the Aso Rock villa, Abuja pointed out that “we have moved our revenue from N876 billion to N2.14 trillion as at today.
