Ibom Angels FC NWFL Premiership showdown against Edo Queens at Uyo Township Stadium on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, will be played behind closed doors.
The announcement, made on Tuesday by media manager of the club, Edidiong Stephen, follows a three-match stadium ban imposed by the NWFL.
The club urged its loyal supporters and the general public to refrain from attending the stadium. Instead, fans are encouraged to follow real-time updates of all the action from 3:55 p.m. on match day across Ibom Angels’ official social media channels.
In a statement, the club expressed gratitude for supporters’ understanding and pledged to “go all out to earn a resounding victory” as a way to compensate for the inability of fans to attend.
