Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has cemented his place at the summit of players with the most UEFA club competition appearances. The Portugal international leads an illustrious list, surpassing former Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina and ex-Real Madrid shot-stopper Iker Casillas.

According to UEFA’s official website, the 41-year-old forward boasts an incredible 197 outings in Europe’s elite club competitions.
