The Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF) said it has commenced payment of February 2026 salaries to federal government treasury-funded workers following the resolution of a technical glitch.

In a statement issued on Monday, the OAGF announced that payments began on March 2, 2026, attributing the delay to a technical issue which has now been fully resolved.
The office assured workers of uninterrupted disbursements going forward, noting that necessary measures have been implemented to prevent future delays.

Additionally, the OAGF disclosed that it has received approval and completed processes for the payment of a one-month wage award.
