Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has cautioned youths in the state against keeping malice, drug abuse and other social vices which can easily tarnish their image before the general public. He gave the warning when he received groups and associations on a Sallah homage held at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi.

Idris stressed the need for proper upbringing, education and moral guidance from both parents and guardians, as well as the government, for younger generations to become good citizens.

The governor, however, promised to continue delivering the dividends of democracy across the state, with emphasis on youth empowerment.

He appealed to the residents of the state, especially the youths, to continue to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) government at all levels to enjoy the dividends of democracy.
