2027: Gov. Alia Rallies Support For Tinubu, Inaugurates Renewed Hope Ambassadors

Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has called on Benue people to give their total support for the reelection of President Bola Tinubu come 2027.

He said he equally needs the 100% support of the people to consolidate on the laudable development he has started to transform the state.

Alia stated this on Wednesday while addressing a crowd at Strategic Enlightenment Engagement with Benue Citizens held at IBB Square, Makurdi.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sir Tersoo Kula, in a statement said the Governor also used the occasion to inaugurate 23 Local Government Area Coordinators as Renewed Hope Ambassadors to work for the reelection of President Tinubu.

He stated that the attention the governor has given to revamping infrastructure in schools, hospitals, transport systems among others is made possible by the support and attention from the President.

“I tell you today that the President of this country, Bola Ahmed Tinubu knows every Local Government Area in the state.

“He is concerned about the insecurity affecting us. He is determined to end insecurity in the state and has been following up with inquiries on developments”.

He said, “With the efforts we are making and with the tireless support from Mr President, the IDPs are gradually returning to their homes. We are determined and must do everything possible to ensure the camps are empty and the people are back to their ancestral homes.

“So, you need to re-elect us to consolidate the work we have started for the benefit of you all”.

Alia saluted the APC family in the state for their conduct during the National Convention and all the processes leading to the convention.
