QShelter, a digital property platform, in partnership with The Fitness Religion Company (TFRC), has announced plans to host the “2004 M00VE Experience,” a fitness and lifestyle event scheduled for April 18, 2026, in Lagos.
According to the organisers, the initiative is designed to bring together wellness enthusiasts, prospective homeowners and investors for an interactive experience that combines fitness activities with real estate engagement.
The 2004 Estate, developed in partnership with Continental Civil General Construction Limited, is positioned as a modern residential development integrating smart infrastructure, flexible property-ownership options, and a wellness-focused community environment.
The event will feature fitness sessions, group challenges, and other wellness activities to showcase the lifestyle concept behind the estate.
The chief operating officer of QShelter, Gbenga Alamu, said the experience was created to give participants a practical feel of the estate’s vision rather than relying solely on promotional messaging.
He noted that the platform would allow potential homeowners and investors to engage directly with the development through a mix of fitness, networking and property interaction.
Alamu added that the event reflects a growing trend in real estate where lifestyle, wellness and community are increasingly influencing housing decisions.
Organisers also disclosed that the event will provide attendees with opportunities to explore the estate’s offerings, interact with the brand and access exclusive event-day property deals and allocation opportunities.
They said the initiative reinforces the positioning of the 2004 Estate as both a lifestyle destination and a long-term investment option.
