The Unveiling African Parliament Writers Network (UAPWN) has nominated the director-general of Edo State Health Insurance Commission (EDHIC), Dr Augusta Enaholo, for the conferment of the African Trailblazers Excellence Merit Award for Strategic Development in Governance.
UAPWN, in partnership with Parliamentary Initiatives at the ECOWAS Commission Annex in Abuja, recognises leaders who advance people-focused development through policy innovation and public service commitment.
