Prince George and Princess Charlotte continued a cherished royal summer tradition as they joined their parents, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, at the Wimbledon men’s singles final on Sunday, July 12.
The Prince and Princess of Wales arrived at the prestigious All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London with their two eldest children, receiving a warm standing ovation as they made their way into the Royal Box. The family took their seats alongside a host of celebrities, including Anna Wintour, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Andrew Garfield, Tom Hiddleston, Rami Malek and Ben Stiller.
Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 11, have become familiar faces at Wimbledon in recent years, regularly attending the tournament with their parents. This year’s final saw Italy’s Jannik Sinner face Germany’s Alexander Zverev in a highly anticipated showdown.
The royal family coordinated elegant looks for the occasion. Catherine wore a sage green cape dress by Emilia Wickstead, while Charlotte chose a royal blue sundress that closely resembled the outfit her mother wore to last year’s men’s final. Prince William and George complemented each other in matching dark blue suits and ties.
As patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Catherine traditionally presents the trophies after the finals and has made Wimbledon a regular family outing since introducing her children to the tournament in 2022.
