PrimeSafePath Solutions is a Nigerian health systems innovation company focused on strengthening healthcare delivery through evidence-based diagnostics and digital health solutions.

It was founded to address one of the most persistent challenges in healthcare across many low- and middle-income countries: fragmented health information systems, inefficient clinical workflows, and limited use of health data for decision-making.

Rather than beginning with technology, PrimeSafePath adopts a health systems-first approach. The company believes that sustainable digital transformation starts with understanding how healthcare is delivered, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing solutions based on evidence.

To support this approach, PrimeSafePath developed thePrimeSafePath Health Systems Diagnostic Framework (PHSD Frameworkâ„¢), an evidence-based methodology for assessing healthcare workflows, operational processes, documentation practices, digital readiness, and organizational capacity before digital transformation initiatives are introduced.

PSP has also developed Cureva, a comprehensive digital health platform designed to support connected patient records, clinical documentation, referrals, reporting, analytics, and decision-making across healthcare facilities.

PrimeSafePath’s work is driven by a vision to help governments, healthcare providers, and development partners build stronger, more efficient, and data-driven health systems that improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

PSP has participated in several innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, including NITDA iHatch,IgniteHER, and initiatives supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). These engagements have strengthened its commitment to developing scalable solutions that respond to real health system challenges.

As Nigeria accelerates its digital health agenda, PrimeSafePath aims to become a trusted partner in health systems strengthening by combining operational intelligence, digital innovation, and implementation support to improve healthcare delivery across Africa.
