FULL LIST: Dangote Refinery Approves 32 Banks, Fintechs, Others For Share Subscription

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 32 banks, fintech companies, mobile operators and investment platforms through which members of the public can subscribe for its shares when its public offer opens.

The list of approved channels was published on the company’s official Initial Public Offering (IPO) website, warning prospective investors against subscribing via unapproved platforms.

Dangote Refinery stated that investors should use only the channels officially confirmed on its IPO platform.

The company said, “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here.”

The approved subscription channels are grouped as follows:

The refinery’s IPO website currently lists the offer price at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares. At the stated offer price, the minimum investment is ₦5,250.

The public offer forms part of Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares in the company.
