JUST IN: Anxiety As Air Peace Flight To Asaba Reportedly Makes Emergency Landing In Lagos

A potential aviation crisis was averted after an Air Peace flight travelling from Abuja to Asaba made an emergency landing in Lagos following a reported technical fault mid-flight.

The aircraft was initially scheduled to fly from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to Asaba, Delta State, but was diverted to Lagos after one of its systems reportedly developed a fault during the journey.

The flight’s passengers were expected to arrive in Asaba, but the diversion led to an unscheduled landing in Lagos.

Further details about the nature of the technical fault, the condition of the aircraft and its passengers, and whether the airline arranged an alternative flight to Asaba were not immediately available.
