Barr. Igbinedion said she wanted to continue the developmental legacy, which her father, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, the Esama of Benin Kingdom, executed in Ovia Northeast and Ovia Souhtwest local government areas of the State.

Igbinedion spoke when the PDP took its ward to ward campaign to Ora ward, Udo and Okomu in Ovia Southwest local government area.

She said she had the option of residing in the United Kingdom after schooling but the love for her people made her return home to continue and emulate the same developmental path her father had treaded.

Igbinedion promised to meet the needs of the people and operate an open door policy if elected in the 2022 elections.

According to her, “We can only vote for the PDP candidates from the Presidency to the House of Assembly. Nigeria will be better off when PDP comes back to power in Nigeria.”

Acting chairman of PDP, Ovia Southwest LGA, Ihagueborr Ajiki, who introduced all the PDP candidates to the people, said the APC has since been buried in the locality.

Ajiki assured that the PDP would win with a landslide.

The camapign train visited the palace of the lyase of Udo, His Royal Highness Patrick Igbinidu.
