All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate and the deputy chief whip of the House of Representatives, Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, has been endorsed for another term by commercial motorcyclists under the aegis of Okada Riders Association in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency.
The leadership of the group called on its members in the constituency to turn out massively next year to vote for Onyejeocha.
In a statement issued yesterday by the head of Onyejeocha Media Advocates, Obika James Abuchi, he said members and leaders of the association, comprising the general chairman, Comrade Kelechukwu Chimeremeze Joel, Mr.Sopuru Eke, Ngodo Unit chairman, Agusi Kelechi of Nkwuagu Unit, Mr. Obioma of Mbala Unit and Mr Basil Okwalugbe of Umuchieze Unit of the union made the endorsement after an extraordinary meeting.
Abuchi said they unanimously resolved to mobilise for the lawmaker’s victory at the forthcoming poll.
The leaders of the group who are all members of the Central Executive Council of the union in the state, said in their resolution that Hon. Onyejeocha had paid her dues and was unarguably the best candidate once again for the people of the constituency.
The association said its decision was informed by the lawmaker’s humanitarian services and her milestones achievements in the areas of infrastructure, education, health and many others, including her strong voice in the green chamber of the National Assembly.
They expressed confidence that her re-election will not only attract more developments to the people of Isuikwuato/ Umunneochi but also help her build on her legislative experience for the good of the institution and the country.
Members of the association who turned out in their large numbers declared: “we are solidly, proudly and firmly standing with Barr. Onyejeocha our hardworking lawmaker.”
