Abiola, Jack-Rich, Dele Momodu, Others For Democracy Heroes Award

The presidential candidate of People’s Redemption Party, PRP Kola Abiola along with oil mogul and presidential aspirant under ruling APC, Tein Jack-Rich are set to be honoured in the 2022 Democracy Heroes Award.

Also to be honoured include, the publisher Ovation magazine, Dele Momodu and former PDP governorship candidate in Anambra, Chief Valentine Ozigbo.

They will all be honoured at the 2022 edition of the award as Heroes of Democracy after emerging winners in an online poll.

The theme of the 2022 Democracy Heroes Award Africa is “Sustaining Democracy Through Peaceful Electioneering”.

The event will take place on August 18, 2022 at Transcorp Hilton hotel Abuja.

The 2022 edition of this award will mark its tenth anniversary.

Potentials for good governance and quality leadership were among the nomination categories adopted.

They recorded a wide acceptance in their states as trail blazers, bridge builder, with a track record of excellence and clear vision in leadership.
