Justice Musa of the State High Court had reinstated Abok Ayuba as the speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly while granting an injunction restraining the hitherto Speaker, Yakubu Sanda, from parading himself as the Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly.

Abok while speaking to newsmen shortly after taking over office, appreciated the security agencies and the general public for their support.

He called on the former Speaker, Hon. Sanda, representing Pengana State constituency to join him and other members of the House to commence sitting for the day.
