Abuja Investments Company Limited has announced plans to host the Abuja Business and Investment Expo 3.0 in Abuja as part of efforts to attract investors and stimulate economic activities in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The company said the expo is designed to bring together policymakers, local and international investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to explore investment opportunities within Abuja and strengthen public-private collaboration.

The event, themed “Building Nigeria’s Capital: Investment as a Catalyst for Economic Growth,” is scheduled to hold in August, at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre.

According to a statement signed by Fatima Nadada, Head of Public Relations, the expo will convene stakeholders from government, business, diplomacy, and enterprise development to examine opportunities to expand the economic potential of the FCT under the leadership of the FCT administration.

According to the statement, “The initiative is aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the economic development priorities being driven in the FCT by Minister Nyesom Wike, with a focus on deepening investment inflows and improving the business environment in the capital.’’

The organisers said the expo will feature panel discussions, exhibitions, and networking sessions focused on investment, infrastructure development, innovation, and policy frameworks to sustain economic growth. Stakeholders are also expected to discuss strategies to improve the ease of doing business in Abuja by strengthening collaboration between public institutions and private-sector investors. Industry observers note that such investment-focused gatherings have become increasingly relevant amid Nigeria’s ongoing economic adjustments, as both government and private sector actors seek new pathways to attract capital, create jobs, and strengthen local enterprises.

The Abuja Investments Company Limited is under the leadership of Amb. Maureen Tamuno, PhD.
