Managing director of Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited, Dr. Engr. Akpa Steven Achema, has paid tribute to former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing him as “a man of unquestionable character and uncommon conviction.”

In a condolence message he released yesterday, Achema said Buhari was not just a leader but a symbol of national dignity and moral leadership.

“From a young military officer to a two-term civilian president, Buhari’s life reflected patriotism, accountability and self-sacrifice,” Achema stated.

He said Buhari’s leadership, though controversial at times, was guided by integrity and national interest.

“Public service often corrupts, but Buhari remained firm. His honesty and belief in national self-reliance never wavered,” Achema stated.

He emphasised the late leader’s fight against corruption and his investments in infrastructure, agriculture and public works across Nigeria.

He said Buhari’s simple lifestyle, even while in office, proved his integrity was not for show but genuinely lived.
