Danmodi Is Jigawa’s Messiah, Says APC Chieftain 

Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State has been described as the messiah sent by God to take the state to another level.

This was disclosed by Abdullahi Mahmood (AMF), an APC chieftain from Garun Gabas Ward of Mallam-Madori local government area of Jigawa State.

Mahmood mentioned that Governor Namadi, popularly known as Danmodi in the State, was the ideal type of leader desired in Jigawa State.

“Finally, God blessed us with him. His years of experience as a classroom teacher, chartered accountant, businessman and consummate public servant is being brought to bear in the management of Jigawa State, shaping the state’s economic and financial policies for a new era of transparency and accountability.

“This is why among all the 19 Northern States of Nigeria, Jigawa State recently emerged as the fastest growing state in internally generated revenue (IGR) with a record of N62.60 billion in 2024.

“Malam Umar Namadi as governor of Jigawa State has exemplified the trust reposed in him which has now endeared him to not only his party members but also, the opposition and the fence seaters for displaying a unique and uncommon leadership, encapsulating what the humble people of Jigawa have been yarning for.

“Wihtin the past two years, Danmodi has managed to put Jigawa State on the limelight of national and global maps, through his creative and innovative policies in Agriculture, Education, Health, Infrastructure, Security, Youth and Women empowerment and so many to mention,” Mahmood stated.

The APC chieftain further said that Governor Namadi’s campaign promise of 12-point agenda titled ‘Greater Jigawa Agenda’, has since made an impact in the lives of commoners who have been touched in every sector of the socio-economic life of the State.
