Advans La Fayette Boss To Deliver Inclusive Financial Solutions To SMEs

The new acting managing director/CEO, Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank, Elvis Oheneba said, he remains committed to the mission of the bank to deliver inclusive financial solutions that empower individuals and small businesses across the country.

Expressing appreciation over the new appointment, he said, “assuming this leadership role is a great honour. Together with our talented team, we will continue to drive innovation and impact.”
Meanwhile, the bank said, this landmark appointment marks the first time an African has assumed this leadership role within the Nigerian entity of the Advans Group, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing talent and driving excellence from within.

Elvis, a seasoned executive with over 15 years in the Advans, brings a wealth of strategic insight, operational expertise, and visionary leadership.

He began his journey with Advans La Fayette in 2012 as a branch manager and has since held several pivotal positions, including Chief Business Strategy Officer and Head of Network Operations.

In 2023, he was appointed deputy CEO and has since championed transformative initiatives that have strengthened our position as a leading microfinance institution.
