Afegbai Assumes Duty As FAAN’s Director Of Aviation Security Services

Retired assistant commissioner of police, ACP Igbafe Afegbai has assumed duty as the director of Aviation Security Services at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

Afeghai, who was appointed director in December, 2023, after the sacking of all directors in the aviation industry, is a seasoned law enforcement professional, and served in various capacities within the Nigerian Police Force, earning both national and international accolades.

The appointment has received widespread public endorsement, recognizing Afegbai’s extensive experience and exceptional track record.

He comes with his expertise in investigations and intelligence gathering, which has consistently set him apart, making him a highly respected figure in the field.
