African Games: Flying Eagles Crash Out After Defeat Against Senegal

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles on Friday crashed out of the African games football event at the ongoing African Games in Accra, Ghana.

The Flying Eagles lost 3-2 to Senegal in their final Group B.

The Ladan Bosso-led side needed at least point to progress into the semi-finals.

It was the team’s second defeat in three group stage fixtures.

In their opening game against Uganda, the Flying Eagles lost 2-1.

They bounced back from the opening game loss by edging South Sudan.
