Convener of the Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) Festus Adebayo has said the 17th edition will introduce the U-40 professionals meet up, which he tagged “New Generation of Affordable Housing leaders.”

Speaking to newsmen in Abuja, Adebayo noted that one of the new trends for 2023 AIHS, is the theme “Beyond Rhetorics to Homes: Making Housing Happen”, adding that there’s also a need to produce the new generation of affordable housing leaders.

Sharing the benefits of the 17th edition of AIHS in an interview, Adebayo said AIHS was established to promote development in the African housing industry by bringing leading stakeholders across various countries in Africa and beyond to exchange ideas, share the latest trends, and knowledge, network and interact on ways to solve the affordable housing problem in Africa.

According to Adebayo, AIHS is the largest leading Housing and Construction show in Africa recognized by international organizers, adding that AIHS 2023 will mark the 17th edition from July 23– July 27.

“AIHS is where you see leading housing CEOs, credible developers who have carved a niche for themselves, producers, manufacturers, and marketers of building materials in Africa. It is a one-stop platform, where you can solve all your housing and construction problems,” he said.

Adebayo added that 2023 AIHS is open to all professionals and investors in the real estate.
