Apostle Chinyere Emerges NAUS Grand Patron

The office of the President of the National Association of University Students (NAUS) is pleased to announce the Founder/General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries HRM. Apostle Dr. Chibuzo Gift Chinyere as a national grand patron of the association.

A press statement by Comrade Marshall Uchenna Obaji, NAUS President, said the decision was made after due consultations with the national leadership of the Association, as well as stakeholders from across the country.

The statement described Chinyere as a cleric, philanthropist, and patriotic Nigerian whose antecedents and impact span diverse areas of human endeavour.

“Apostle Dr. Chibuzo Gift Chinyere’s impact on youths in the country, whom he has continued to groom, nurture, assist and support to self-sustainability, has guaranteed him this honour from NAUS, as the awardee and inductee from the Eastern region of the country.

“With particular reference to instances that affected university students, the leadership of NAUS from reviews, assessments, and feedback from students across the country, Dr Chibuzo Gift Chinyere, was approved and confirmed as the 2024 Distinguished Awardee.

“Similarly, the association also announces Apostle Dr Chibuzo Gift Chinyere’s acknowledgement and acceptance of the awardee, which was conveyed in a meeting with him during the week.

“The awardee has been presented with a certificate of recognition, with discussions taking place for a comprehensive award and installation ceremony, which would feature other awardees from across the country.
