Arsenal have shifted their focus away from Real Madrid’s Rodrygo and are now concentrating on signing Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze and Newcastle United’s Anthony Gordon, according to Diario AS.
Rodrygo had been linked with a move to Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and other clubs across Europe.

However, the Brazilian international has no interest in joining Tottenham, despite reports suggesting a potential transfer to the Premier League club. If he leaves Real Madrid this summer, Rodrygo is aiming for a club that he considers to be a bigger opportunity than Spurs.

Rodrygo is one of three players that Los Blancos are open to selling during this summer transfer window. The 24-year-old is seeking assurances from Madrid manager Xabi Alonso regarding more regular playing time in the upcoming season, having not played consistently for Alonso’s side during the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which was won by Chelsea.
