An indigenous oil and gas downstream company, Bellazir Energy, has advocated the need to improve efficiency in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum industry with emphasis on emissions controls and investment in technology.

The firm reveals investment in innovative technology to promote sustainable products delivery across the country in efficient and safe conditions.Speaking at the official launch of the company in Lagos, chief executive officer (CEO) and founder of the firm, Christable Aniemeka said, Nigeria’s petroleum industry remains one of the lifebloods of our economy, with daily consumption of petroleum products exceeding 50 million liters nationwide.

Aniemeka, however, observed that despite the industry’s key economic fundamentals, challenges which include delays, inefficiencies, safety risks, and inconsistencies in delivery pervades activities in the sector. The company, she said, represents a fundamental shift in management of products movement from different points and is poised to bridge this gap.

The operations of the company, she explained, was designed to provide timely, safe, and efficient access to petroleum products, revolutionize petroleum logistics with innovation, technology, and integrity and build trust with every delivery, allowing customers to focus on growing their businesses while it handles their energy needs with excellence.
