Birland foreign Affairs minister to the United States ,Amb. Barika D Saro -Laka said the Birland representatives office in will bridge the wide gaps that impose hardship and difficulties on the citizens of countries that do not have embassies in Nigeria.
Ambassador Barika stated this at the Birland temporary representative Office opening ceremony in Abuja over the weekend.
He said,” Through our intervention, these citizens will be able to access Visas with ease and grow at their different levels.
“By assuming this role, we shall be uniting and promoting global development hardship in different areas of need and interest across the world.
“We will also assist farmers and entrepreneurs to export their commodities and products and make higher income from this line of business for stability and sustainable growth,” he said.
He, however, thank Birland President, Emir Haiyawi for appointing Nigerian-born virtues expert, Ambassador Mrs. Zuwaira Yusuf as the Birland representative in Canada as well as her majesty, Ambassador Mrs. F. O Anusionwu as the Director in Birland representative office in Nigeria.
Speaking, Director, Birland, Rep. Officer Nigeria, Amb. Fedelia Anusionwu called on Nigeria to participate in an investment drive targeted at building an infrastructure for growth and sustainability.
“We will be visiting investors and civil engineers that help in developing the state of Birland. We have already drawn the list of people to visit in Nigeria, those we know that are capable and have the experience in estate development,” he said.
Also, Director, Birland Rep. Canada, Amb. Zuwaira Yusuf said, “The State of Birland is open for collaboration and networking, and they’re willing to go into partnership right and MOU with a different organization, especially in terms of construction, because if the place is not developed, where we would start from is construction”.
On his part, Director, UN SDG Nigeria.Amb.Joseph MFON “We are together to make sure that Birland state is great. We are together to make sure that anyone that has a legal obligation to be able to establish him or herself in Birland would be given such an opportunity and sincerely, I have a strong conviction that we all seated have dreams and our dreams in Birland will be manifested.”
