All is now set for the public presentation of a book on Local Government Administration in Nigeria: Evolution, Reforms and Practice.
The book authored by Chukwuma Nwachukwu will be unveiled on 25th August, 2022 in Owerri, Imo State.
According to the managing director of Africana First Publishers, Austin Onwubiko, the book apart from being a body of insights, is also a deftly written account and the most valuable compendium on the trajectory of local government administration in Nigeria.
“It also offers insights on how to reposition local government administration,” he said.
Nwachukwu, a prodigy of local government reforms is an economic development strategist.
The special guest of honour according to him is Chief Mrs Rubby Emele, Hon Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Imo State while the book presenter will be Surveyor Joe Anosike, managing director Survicom Ltd.
