BREAKING: Appeal Court Declares Zamfara Guber Poll Inconclusive

The Court of Appeal, sitting in Abuja, has declared the March 18, 2023 Zamfara State governorship election inconclusive.

A three-member panel of the Appellate Court unanimously annulled the victory of Dauda Lawal of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conclude the election in three local government areas of the State in order to determine the eventual winner of the election.
