Brighton & Hove Albion have reached an agreement with Championship side Millwall for the transfer of Nigerian winger Femi Azeez, according to The Athletic.
The Premier League club will pay an initial £12.5 million for the 25-year-old, with a further €2.5 million in potential add-ons included in the deal.
The total package could surpass Millwall’s current club-record sale—the £14 million received from Crystal Palace for Romain Esse last summer—if all performance-related clauses are triggered.
Azeez is scheduled to undergo a medical examination in the coming days. Upon successful completion, he is expected to sign a four-year contract that includes an option for an additional season.
The winger was one of Millwall’s standout performers in the 2025–26 Championship campaign, registering 11 goals and seven assists across 37 league appearances. His contributions earned him a selection in the PFA Championship Team of the Season.
The Nigeria international will now seek to make the step up to Premier League football with Brighton.
