Buni Appoints 200 Youths As Aides

Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni has approved the appointment of over 200 youths as focal persons, senior special assistants, special assistants, and technical assistants on media.

Governor Buni said the appointments reflects his commitment to promoting youth inclusion in the administration and leveraging their innovative ideas to enhance the government’s communication strategies.

Speaking to LEADERSHIP, Senior Special Assistant Digital and Strategic Communications to the Governor, Mallam Yusuf Ali said that the appointments reflect the administration’s resolve to provide opportunities for young talents to contribute to the development of Yobe State.

According to him, this unprecedented appointment serves as another testament to Governor Buni’s leadership style, which prioritises inclusion, innovation, and human capital development.

He said that the appointees were expected to assume their responsibilities immediately, bringing fresh energy and ideas to the administration’s media and communication efforts.
