As Muslims celebrate the end of the holy month of Ramadan with the Eid-el-Fitr celebration, the TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation has called on the Muslim Ummah to always engage in services beneficial to humanity.
In a Sallah message signed by the chairman of the foundation, Ambassador Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani Sadaukin Garkuwan Keffi and Betara of Biu, on behalf of the grand patron of the foundation, Lt Gen Tukur Yusufu Buratai (rtd), former Chief of Army Staff (COAS), urged the Muslim Ummah to continue embodying the spirit of compassion and brotherhood they imbibed during the holy month of Ramadan, emphasizing the importance of assisting one another.
The grand patron called on all Nigerians to offer prayers and maintain unwavering faith in the current administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while also stressing the need for support and trust in the leadership, which is dedicated to fostering national unity and progress.
The foundation, guided by its motto “Service to Humanity,” also issued a plea for global leaders to intervene and bring an end to the ongoing crises in Gaza, Ukraine, and Russia.
“The TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation encourages those who are more fortunate to help those in need so that everyone, including the less privileged, can participate in the celebrations.
This benevolent act exemplifies the foundation’s commitment to serving humanity and promoting inclusivity and compassion within society.
“As the Muslim Ummah and people around the world mark the end of Ramadan with Eid-el- Fitr celebrations, the TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation stands as a beacon of hope and support for those in need,” the statement added.
