This, it said, was a demonstration of commitment to its policyholders and stakeholders, adding that, this significant milestone underscores the unwavering dedication of the board of directors and management to foster sustainable growth and ensure profitability while prioritising the interests of all stakeholders.

The company’s proactive approach to claims settlement, it stressed, is a testament to its operational efficiency and customer-centric ethos as the organisation has consistently prioritised claims settlement, recognising it as a critical component of customer satisfaction and trust.

Speaking on plans for the future, the managing director and chief executive officer, Mr. Mathew Ogwezhi, stated that, as part of the company’s strategic roadmap, the firm is investing in advanced technologies to automate and digitise its claims management system.

This initiative, he said, includes facilitating seamless integration of data, real-time tracking of claims status, and enhanced communication with policyholders, while emphasising that the goal is to transit to a fully automated claims settlement process.
