Chelsea Face Losing Stars, European Exclusion, Warns Terry

Chelsea legend John Terry has cautioned that the Premier League club may be compelled to offload their key players when the summer transfer window commences.

The 45-year-old former England captain also conceded that his old team is likely to miss out on European football next season.

Speaking in a TikTok clip following Chelsea’s dismissal of Liam Rosenior earlier this week, Terry questioned whether any elite manager would be willing to take the helm at the Blues given the current instability.

“Is a real top manager going to come to Chelsea FC at the moment, in the position we’re in? We cannot buy players, and it looks like we’re going to have to sell potentially our best players — which is always tough,” Terry stated.

He added: “We will not be playing in European football. I hope I’m wrong.”

The former defender’s remarks underscore escalating concerns regarding Chelsea’s financial and sporting predicament, with no Champions League or Europa League football anticipated at Stamford Bridge next season.
