Comedian Okey Bakassi has raised an alarm after an unknown man carted away the phones of men playing at an Ikoyi football field.
The comedian, in a video, stated that he and a group of upscale men normally gather at a football field in Ikoyi every Wednesday to play.
He said that on Wednesday, April 15, while they were playing football, a young man who was unknown to any of them approached them and asked to join them.
He said they didn’t think something sinister would happen, so they let him join them in the activity. However, shortly after, the young man feigned injury and moved to a bench seat. It was while on the bench that the suspect stole eight phones and quietly left.
The comedian said the matter has been reported to the authorities, and a N5 million bounty has been placed on the suspect.
