Compound Logistics Wins African Giants Award Of ‘Best Logistic Company’

In a stunning debut, Compound Logistics, a subsidiary of Compound Group, has bagged the ‘Logistics Company of the Year 2025’ Award just one year into its operation.

Black Giant Signature, the organisers of the popular African Giant Awards named Compound Logistics as its winner of the Best Logistics of the Year 2025 award category.

The chief executive officer of the Compound Group of Companies, Barr. Henry Uzochukwu, expressed delight, thanking the organisers for recognising their swift impact. “This fuels our energy to do more,” he said.

Uzochukwu highlighted the Group’s 2025 achievements and unveiled Compound Pastry’s latest addition: Compound Family Loaf. Launched December 1, 2025, it’s becoming a household name in under two weeks. “We thank God for a great year; 2026 promises to be even more beautiful,” he said.

The 9th edition of the annual event hosted by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Okpe Lawrence Okpe, was held in Abuja at Cyprain Ekwemsi Center for Arts and Culture on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

The event witnessed a large turnout of notable dignitaries from politics, entertainment, business and creative industries.

Among notable personalities who received awards in different categories included Seyi Tinubu, Oba Barr. Chukwudi Oli, APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, Senator Anthony Siyako Yaro, Dr. Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim, Media veteran Ali Adoyi Abah, Chief David Daser, and Engr. Tony Nakale of Bingham TV.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Okpe Lawrence Okpe thanked attendees for their support and announced that next year’s edition would mark the 10th anniversary of Black Giant Signature.
