The top three teams namely Lead-Forte Gates Schools (1st), Corona Schools (2nd) and GreenSpring (3rd) were selected based on their performance in the football match, where each team was presented with three-million-naira worth of scholarships.

Beneficiaries of the scholarship will be introduced to the provisions of data analytics, and how it can be incorporated into the approach and application of sports, with the aim of improving the process each team implements in their training drills.

A representative of Dataleum, Nehita Odigie, said, “We recognize the participation of females in sports and how it contributes to their psychological and physical well-being, as well as societal development, and are also conversant with the rapid acceptance and implementation of data analytics in sports.”
